SMS Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, I may contact you via SMS regarding property showings, appointment confirmations, listing updates, and follow-up communications. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

Information Sharing

I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. I do not share your information with advertisers. Your information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

With Luxury Residential Group as required by my brokerage affiliation
With service providers who assist in operating my business (e.g., CRM platforms, communication tools), who are bound by confidentiality obligations

Google API and Gmail Data

I use Google's Gmail API through LuxReserved, my real estate operating platform, to send and receive emails on behalf of my connected business email accounts. This integration allows me to manage client communications, process inbound leads, and send property-related correspondence.

What Gmail data I access:

Email message content (subject, body, sender, recipients) for communications related to real estate services
Email thread history for contacts and leads in my CRM
The ability to send emails on behalf of my connected Gmail accounts

How I use Gmail data:

To process inbound leads and client inquiries
To send property updates, showing confirmations, and follow-up communications
To build and maintain a communication corpus for AI-assisted drafting of my own outbound messages
To store communication history within LuxReserved for client relationship management purposes

What I do not do with Gmail data:

I do not sell, share, or transfer Gmail data to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes
I do not use Gmail data to train general-purpose AI models
I do not allow any persons other than myself to access your email content except as required by law
I do not use Gmail data for any purpose that is not directly related to providing real estate services to you

LuxReserved's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking Gmail access: You may revoke LuxReserved's access to your Gmail account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page and removing LuxReserved. This will not affect any previously stored communication history in my CRM.

Data Retention

I retain your information for as long as necessary to provide real estate services and as required by applicable Massachusetts real estate regulations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting me directly.

Your Rights

Security

I take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, no method of electronic transmission is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
